The building is well constructed with a good drainage system, natural ventilation, well-planned car parking, gardening, and watchman quarters. We have completed one year and we have not come across any major concerns and their after-service is well organized. Our flat was delivered as per the agreed cost with no extra runover and was handed over on time. We wish them all the best.
